Sunday, September 20, 2009, 2:00 pm, Richters Free Seminar, Fall Herb Planting with Koidu Selev. Yes you can! You can plant herbs in the fall and they will come back next year. Not only that fall-planted herbs will give you earlier and bigger harvests. Fall is also the ideal time to plant garlic, shallots, saffron, and classic roses. Some herbs can even be seeded in the fall for an early start next year. Koidu will discuss which herbs to plant, how to plant them, and how to prepare them for winter.
