Ciao Amy-

The berries in your hand are actually black raspberries. Blackberries are a much larger berry and don't have that characteristic raspberry hollow centre. Duane and I like to go to Niagara in late Spring, once it starts to warm up and we gather lots of those little black raspberries on our hikes. If you want a cutting from my Oregon Thornless Blackberry, let me know in the Spring. It will take over, though, just warning you. The berries ripen to about 2" long.
