Do you know about the Flickr Group called “Dinner at My House?” It’s a fun group in which regular folks post photos of the dinners they serve at home. Another group I like is called FOOD: I Cooked/Made this!
This is the most recent photo I’ve added to both groups. For dinner Sunday we tried President’s Choice Blue Menu Thick & Juicy Wild Pacific Salmon Burgers. We had them on whole wheat buns, but found them a little bit bland, considering the price. On the side we had these homemade cajun fries and some veggies steamed in aluminum foil on the barbecue, next to the salmon. I marinated the veggies (red peppers and onion) in some leftover red wine vinaigrette salad dressing (dressing recipe in Food to Live By, in sidebar).
