Ready to swap.

by Amy on January 21, 2008

Tonight while Graham snoozed on the couch, I went through my seed collection and put together some little packets for trading at several upcoming seed swap events.

I will be bringing along with me to the swaps:

Bell Pepper, Chocolate Beauty
Long Island Cheese Squash
Tomato, Amana Orange
Tomato, Charlie’s Red Stakers
Tomato, Cherokee Purple
Tomato, Costoluto Genovese
Tomato, Persimmon
Tomato, Purple Prince

I like to package my seeds in small Ziploc baggies that I buy at the dollar store, and I put a small card inside indicating the variety of seeds inside. I also tucked a moo card inside, which includes a link to this site.

First up is the COG Durham Chapter seed swap this week.

Next will be Seedy Saturday in Pickering on February 2.

Seedy Saturday in Toronto will take place on March 15.

For more details on these and other events, please click on 2008 Gardening Events in the sidebar.
