		<description>Wow, I hear you with the weather freakiness being on the other side of Lake Huron from you in MI.  Hot days and now it is 40F (sorry, can&#039;t remember my conversion to Celsius).  I too just harvested the motherload of peppers - for fear of them freezing tonight.  I plan to roast my green chile&#039;s later this afternoon.  How do you roast your tomatoes?  Do you can them afterwards?  I have been a canning guru lately and am ready for a  break.  One bowl of tomatoes left:(.</description>
