Soft shoots.

I took a little walk around the yard today to see what, if anything, is emerging from the soil. Although not much is happening quite yet, it was encouraging to see those vibrant shades of green making their delicate way out of the earth.

Your bulbs peeking out look like mine, and I too have a sedum poking it’s head. I think my crocus will be the first to put on a show followed by various tulips. I’m most excited about my “Queen of Night” Tulips but I’m thinking they’re going to end up being mislabeled bulbs.

I was worried about my sedum coming back this year because I didn’t think it got a chance to get established after planting. It survived my lazy family who stepped on it and a dog sitting on it.
