These guys were all over my asiatic lilies. They weren’t on any other plant. Oddly enough, they also weren’t on the burgundy foliage one of the lilies sports. Just the lovely, bright green ones.
I tried insecticidal soap, but they just laughed, so I got out the pyrethrin. That did the trick.
Unfortunately now it seems like the rabbit’s eating the tops of my pansies.
(Storms off to buy chicken wire…)

I’ve identified them as lily leaf beetles. Saw another one tonight.–>
