What the hell is happening with the weather!? This January has been the mildest I can ever remember. Except for yesterday and the day before, the average temperature has been oh, say, about 3 degrees ABOVE zero. Had coffee on the weekend, looked out into the sunny yard, and if there had been leaves on the trees it could’ve been summer. The grass is still green, for cryin’ out loud. In the spot where the bird seed falls, it’s growing. GROWING. Will it even feel like spring if we’ve barely had a winter? Okay, okay, it’s the “January Thaw”. I’m sure it’ll snow and be miserable for another few months. It’s just weird.
