The sweet tang of the first tomato of the season is still on my tongue as I type this. Mmmm, it was good! Ceylon is ready first. They’re about the size of an apricot, not as big as a plum tomato, but bigger than a cherry tomato.
I cut one up to go on my grilled cheese and the other I ate with a pinch of salt.
Cherry tomatoes will be next, Graham’s favourite.
