It rained a lot today, but in the morning it cleared up for a few hours and I managed to put a few seeds in the ground: sweet peas, morning glory, canary bird vine and Bull’s blood beets.
Also popping up are bunching onions and peas.
One of the shasta daisies I moved from Toronto is budding already. The clematis has new growth popping up, too. I think she’ll make it! All of the hostas moved are doing well, too.
Later in the afternoon I started digging out a little bed beside the porch. I’m going to grow some climbing annuals there so that we’ll have more privacy from the neighbours.
