I think the temperature must have reached about 20 C yesterday. Graham and I spent most of the day outside. I bought a compost bin last week, so the first thing I did was put that together and got it started off. Added some earthworms. Hope they like it in there!
We (mostly Graham) put together three boxes that will serve as raised beds for veggies. I went later to see my friend Vicki, but Graham continued to dig, digging about four inches deep below the frames, and also moved the horrible clay-dirt from the tomato patch area to the back of the yard. We’ll replace it and fill the new beds with triple mix. Graham wants to build a couple more raised boxes for vegetables. He asked me if I’d be able to plant enough in them. I assured him I would.
