Wow, I’ve been really neglecting this blog for awhile. No worries, the spring weather is officially here, so there will be more to talk about here on in.
The most exciting thing happening indoors right now is the bloomtastic state of my African violet collection.
Here are my minis:
As you can see, only one is blooming right now, but it’s lovely. There is a fine white edge on the bloom.
This one’s growth has been incredible since I moved it from Toronto:
Graham brought me this one from Home Depot. It was looking pretty sad, but now it’s blooming really prettily. I like the darker coloured leaves:

I also have cannas on the go. Both of my Christmas cactus’ are in bloom, as well as my spider plants.
My mom jokes that our house is like a plant hospital. They all come over here and seem to perk up! Such a nice compliment.
