Last night Graham got the tools out and put up my second fluorescent light in the basement. Now there are two, and they hang from chains instead of the rope, so they’ll be easier for me to adjust as the plants grow.
I gave my violet leaves a little tug, and they feel rooted! Soon the little mouse-ear leaves will pop out of the dirt.
The nicotiana seedlings were up this morning, as well as some of the shasta daisies. The geraniums are getting big, now with 5 and 6 true leaves. Thyme, catnip and oregano look great, too.
Habanero peppers up, cinnamon basil up.
Also, some sprouting action on the banana seed I planted!
