The currant tomato is out of control! I’ve pruned it a couple of times but it is growing very big. I have to tie it up again because it’s blocking the walkway. The cucumber is pretty big, too. I can’t wait to have a big veggie patch someday. I just don’t have enough room. I had such a busy week I didn’t get out into the garden at all, so now everything seems all huge. I got some purple basil to sprout in a pot, so with a little luck I’ll have that purple pesto at the end of the summer. I started some nasturtiums, too. They’re fun, they grow so fast.
Holy smoke, my avocado has sprouted a six-inch stem! When did that happen?! Cool. My African violet is sprouting more buds, too. Everything wants to grow.
